Online Marketing Manager


Vopro is hiring an Expert Online Marketing Manager who is well verse with online marketing tools and with proven record of success;

As an Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, optimizing websites and online content to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, enhance overall online visibility, increase website traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will oversee various digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other online advertising initiatives. Your role involves analyzing data, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with senior management team to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract target audiences, and achieve business goals.
  2. Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, display networks, and other relevant channels.
  3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.
  4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Oversee SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  5. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms to engage audiences, grow followers, and drive traffic and conversions.
  6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance analysis to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  7. Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and SEO-friendly content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and other formats to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign data, website analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improving website conversion rates through testing, user experience enhancements, landing page optimization, and other CRO techniques.
  10. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management team to align online marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


    1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
    2. Experience: Proven experience in online marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with a successful track record of driving results.
    3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various online marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising platforms.
    4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.
    5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audience insights, and industry best practices.
    6. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
    7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate marketing strategies, campaign updates, and performance reports to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    8. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects and timelines, and build strong working relationships.
    9. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
    10. Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry changes, and adapt strategies
