As an International Tele-sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new & existing customers. You will engage potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services and converting leads into sales. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persuasive skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Self generate & utilize various lead sources and databases to identify potential customers. Conduct outbound calls to initiate contact, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads.
  2. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers. Understand their unique needs and challenges, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales. Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining professionalism and customer-centricity.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on international market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify market opportunities, potential growth areas, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  6. CRM Management: Accurately record customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the company’s CRM system. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales progress, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international telesales or a similar role, preferably in a sales and marketing fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. (Spoken & written MUST)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
