As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by identifying and nurturing potential business leads. You will be responsible for researching and prospecting potential leads through webistes, social media and other online platforms.

You will be responsible for initiating contact, acquiring minimum required details and qualifying leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets. Utilize various sources, including online research, industry databases, social media, and professional networks, to gather relevant information.
  2. Prospecting: Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively position our products/services.
  3. Lead Qualification: Engage with potential leads through  phone calls and emails to acquire minimum required details as per process guidelines. Conduct initial screenings and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  4. Lead Handover: Collaborate with the Process manager to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed and accurate information about each lead to facilitate the sales process.
  5. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing market insights, competitor analysis, and supporting materials to aid in the sales process. Continuously communicate with the team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Freshers as well Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Knowledge of different lead generation channels and strategies.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools.
